The mobile installer will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of vehicular wireless voice and data communications systems for public safety vehicles. This position requires experience with 12 volt automotive systems. The technician will need to exhibit similar skills useful in the installation of stereo components, alarm systems and hands free automotive cellular components. Experience in mobile two-way radio installation would be ideal. This position requires good written and verbal communications skills, professional demeanor when interacting with internal personnel and customers. You must be able to work with minimal supervision in a variety of environments common to public safety and commercial communications facilities.

  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs or more
  • Work in confined space (i.e., inside an automobile or commercial vehicle small spaces)
  • Subject to varied temperature ranges
