Crosspoint Communications, an Elite partner of Motorola Solutions, Inc., is currently searching for Outside Sales Representatives. We are a fast-growing communications company that is looking to add to our awesome sales team. We faithfully and competently serve a large base of Commercial and Public Safety clients.

We are extremely selective of who we want to join our team, but we do have openings in Denver, CO. If you are a confident, positive and creative thinker and you like people, can work independently AND are looking for a rewarding career…we would like to talk to you. Previous outside sales experience and experience in video/security products is desired.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop a “trusted advisor” role with all of our clients. Skills to build your book of business while servicing existing clients is a must. Ability to engage in IT conversations, C-Level discussions, financial/leasing conversations and great presentation skills are an absolute must. You will be talking to high level executives and key decision makers, so if you are not comfortable in that kind of environment, please do not apply.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:

  • Make personal sales calls at customer sites on a regular basis
  • Seek out prospective customers /business opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals
  • Assist clients with problem solving, projects, quotes, orders in assigned account base
  • Establish and maintain customer relationship in order to grow profitable sales
  • Stay current on existing and emerging products/technologies
  • Introduce and demonstrate new products to new and assigned accounts
  • Generate profitable sales/service orders
  • Understand and report competitive landscape
  • Execute sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company
  • Complete sales calls, forecasts and expense reports in a timely manner
  • Be a good listener and have excellent time management skills
  • Be able to juggle many projects simultaneously
  • Translate customer needs into a solution that resolves their issues
  • Appetite to learn and retain information regarding products and timelines
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educations workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional/trade associations and meetings as needed.
  • Contribute to the team effort by providing support when needed
  • Help us to continue to grow and expand skills/qualifications
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Proven track record with outside sales desired
  • Proficiency with numbers, forecasting, business acumen and time management.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills are required.
  • Team player internal and external to Crosspoint Communications
  • Office 365/ Salesforce.com knowledgeable

Daily business attire required and must provide own transportation. All qualified candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (subject to federal, state and local regulations).
